The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, born October 7, 1897 in Sanderville GA,  was a Black American religious leader, Father, Husband, and self proclaimed Prophet of Allah. He led the Nation of Islam from 1934 until his transition date February 25, 1975. He was the mentor of Malclom X, Muhammad Ali, Louis Farrakhan, and his own son Warith Deen Mohammed.
